Swing ball with Poppa and cuddles with Nanny

Sunscreening Dad! This whistle that Marg sent over started a whole new experience with wind instruments.

Chris arrived in Wanganui a week after us - Hector was so happy to see him.

Blowing the horn that neither Brad or I could growing up - what can I say other than he must have a lot of puff!

We caught up with Mary, Niah and young Connor before Christmas. Hector was all about playing the bigger older cousin.

This is from way back in November but I just found it again.... I was so proud of this effort. Its the first time H has drawn something that was instantly recognisable... ITS A SUN! And if you look closely you can see all the letters of his name he is written.

Poppa knee time.

Big excitement the day we arrived in Wanganui. A parcel from Marg and Wal in Australia was waiting at the post office, AND we got to see our favourite postie at the same time!

This was the last day of kindy. A magician managed to keep the kids quiet and entertained for over half an hour and then it was full on into the sugar laden food. After at least 5 times the normal daily intake I realised the possible consequences of the sugar and I was about to drop him off at Chris's office for an hour while I went to the spa! Oops! Turned out perfect though, Chris had it under control with a walk up Shortland Street......(its very steep!)

Oh and my poor baby went from happy swimmer to hurt one after the float bottle he was hanging on to came loose and hit his chin, he was very brave.
