Couzie Bros

A few hours were spent in the car this weekend - the boys dropped us of in Taupo while they carried on to Wanganui for a bit of golf. Hector only started to get a little bored around Tokoroa so I handed over my camera and this is what he came up with - pretty good I thought!
The how about this - 5 cousins. Not all first ones but only one step removed. How is that smile on Williams face aye, adorable. I thought wee Florentine was a laid back soul, these two are chilled out man! Thats Alyssa and Ryan, Annabel and Williams other counsins! Hector is omitted, tough luck, thats what happens when you go on a boys weekend!

Zoo animals on Strike!

After to talking to Gilly and Nola today we were inspired to get out in the sunshine - so we went to the zoo! We saw no animals, so settled for a makeup iceblock and a drink of water, then it was a race through the chicken tunnels!

Racing Hector

For a small while over the weekend I'd lost sight of where HJM was at, then I discovered him and his latest invention. He'd worked out the water would flick up his back when he pedalled fast! Water is precuous for us now but I couldn't stop this, he'd used too much initiative!

Party Day!

Birthday Day!

Oh, this little one has given us a year of pleasure and it was the same when she woke on her first birthday - all smiles. (even with the battlewound on her poor sore forehead).

Opening parcels didn't seem too difficult, I think Hector just have taught her well.
The red parcel was from Aunty Sarah and Uncle Brad - the flower from the puzzle is her hew favourite thing, she spends a long time pushing the yellow centre into the red flower, such patience.

Our one year old baby (exactly)!

So here she is, our precious wee bundle Florence at exactly 10 to 10 on 10-2-11. The fastest year on record for us! What a pleasure she is, I could not feel more blessed.
