All that gardening in the heat apparently did me no good! We had an emergency family outing at midnight Saturday - to the hospital. Long story short I had a tiny 3mm kidney stone floating around, well actually it was stuck, which was what caused the pain. Totally worse than childbirth!!! I had an ambulance ride over to Auckland hospital on Monday night while mum flew in from Wanganui. By Wednesday morning there was still no movement so I had the pleasure of experiencing anesthesia and woke very very happy! Hector took a while to warm to the hospital environment but in the end he though it was kinda fun getting fussed over by the nurses. Thank Goodness for husbands and mums aye - what we do without them.
Moral of the story: HYDRATE HYDRATE HYDRATE
Aww you poor thing. I have heard some horror stories about those. I am glad all is well again. Stay hydrated!
