Aw, for me it doesn't get much better than this. H is such a loving big brother and F just laps it up. I never knew two things could mean so much.

Last Day of Kindy & a Pantomime!

It was a crazy last week at Birkenhead kindy for Hector - we drove in every day so it was pretty tiring for him. Hector was pretty excited that he and his little buddy Liam were sharing their last kindy day together.

To celebrate christmas some of the kindy parents put on a pantomime for the children - they loved it.
Florence snuggling up to old Knobbly knees the reindeer (aka our neighbour Sue) and then there were lots of treats..

Moving Day
It is always quite harrowing to see all your personal belongings loaded on a truck/container/boat and sent off.....will they get to the other end? For the first time ever Chris and I were in full charge of our belongings and their well-being (it made us appreciate the assistance we'd had in the past) and they all arrived with minimal disturbance. Yay!

These two were nothing short of perfect when the day came - Hector gave some instruction and kept himself hydrated with an array of purchased treats not usually offered to him while Florence displayed her endless patience with everyone and everything.
said treat....
Isn't Hector the American??
I found Florence like this the other night (well, maybe less the book) but how much is she striking the pose of the Statue of Liberty herself!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!???!?!?!?
My crawling baby!
3rd of December 2010! This is marked as they day Florence found her mobility. No stopping her now, took 3 days in the new house (with two steps) to sort out how to navigate up them...although the reverse is a different story!
Sato's Sushi
My dear friend Sato taught me how to make authentic japanese sushi the other day - YUM - thanks Sato! Needless to say it didn't hang around for long!

Zoo Crawlies!
My kiddies and I went to the zoo today. We wagged kindy (very naughty) and learnt all sorts of fun things during our outing. And even though F had the tiniest power sleep ever while we were there she was still able to manage this stella crawling effort when we got home.
