Hong Kong Ohope

Chris had an urgent meeting in Hong Kong this weekend.... to watch the AB's play Australia.... so Hector and I flew down to Taupo.




Oops I left the key to the Taupo house behind so we spent the afternoon with the Dawsons. Louise taxied us from the airport then played host/babysitter most of the afternoon! Good job Pete was laid up at home with a newly recontructed knee, we might have been out on the street otherwise! Thanks Pete, Ana and Louise, very grateful are we!!!





We finally met up with mum and dad late in the afternoon then headed to Ohope wot spend the weekend with Sarah and breifly Brad. What a great little place.






Bit ashamed that I didn't get into the surf, but it was still very cold. Fishing was terrible - got one the size of Hector's palm - but Sarah's hospitality made for a perfect weekend!





Chris came back with a few interesting pics. Can't explain but it all looks fairly self explanantory.

Chris also brought back a few treats..... Hector's is the Thomas watch!
